THE STUDIO

SGFA’s Studio Collection focuses on outstanding contemporary art and modern design, in the form of textiles, jewelry (wearable art) and interior items (special focus on vintage furnishing.)

SGFA introduced the concept of "Art to Wear", through exhibitions, lectures and representation of art luminaries such as textile guru, Carol Cassidy and murano glass jeweller, Trina Tygrett.

The STUDIO, in Gallery Residence, provides a permanent showcase for these art pieces and other collectibles, in continuing recognition of excellent craftsmanship that qualifies as fine art. All budgets welcome.
