RAHMAN ROSLAN (b.1985 Malaysia)
Rahman Roslan is a full-time artist, photojournalist and documentary photographer based in Kuala Lumpur.
His journalistic photography has been published in numerous international media, including: New York Times, International Herald Tribune, The National UAE, The New Internationalist, Berita Harian Singapore, Strait Times Singapore, UNESCO Korea. He has freelanced for wire agencies such as AFP and Reuters and is currently documenting the effects of urbanisation in major SE Asian cities.
His work explores the meanings and relevance of humanism and identity in political, religious and community contexts.
